Blood + Scotch

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Purely Beet/Blood Orange Concentrate
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau 
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz scotch

 

Direction:

1. Squeeze half lime

2. Shake

3. Serve over round ice cube

La Fraise

Ingredients:
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 strawberry
  • Half lime squeezed
Muddle
  • 1 oz Purely Strawberry Shiso Concentrate
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 3 oz tequila

 

Direction:

1. Shake

2. Served up

 

Piña Chiller

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Purely Pineapple Thai Chili
  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 5 dashes peach bitters
  • 2 1/2 oz rye

 

Direction:
  1. Shake
  2. Serve on the rocks
  3. Splash soda water

 

Grape Expectations

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz grapefruit vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Purely Concord Grape Apple Concentrate 
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 egg white

 

Direction: 
  1. Shake for 30 seconds 
  2. Scoop out just the foam into a martini glass
  3. Add ice and shake the rest for 30 seconds
  4. Use strainer and pour the remainder in glass

The Bloomsbury Club Bar

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz No. 3 Gin
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Purely Grapefruit Citrus
  • 1/4 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1 egg white

 

Direction:
  1. Shake all the ingredients. 
  2. Strain and sieve into a Coupette.
  3. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
