Hangover No More: How to Get Rid of Your Hangover

Hangover No More: How to Get Rid of Your Hangover

No matter how well-intentioned we are while planning a celebration or social gathering, we may overdo it at some point. Hangovers are inevitable, but that doesn't mean you won't attempt everything you can to avoid them. Taking a break after the second glass of wine would have been your best bet.

Drinking too much can cause our blood sugar levels to drop to dangerously low levels, as well as upset our electrolyte balance. The only proven approach to avoid a hangover is to avoid overindulging in the first place, pacing yourself, eating before starting to drink, and staying hydrated.

If you do overdo it, some excellent day-after measures might help ease the pain.

Green Tea

Caffeine can help with headache symptoms. However, try to combine green tea (instead of water) with apple cider vinegar to get the best of both worlds. You can also use flavored green tea, such as berry blend or ginger mint green tea, to help mask the apple cider vinegar's flavor a little.

Smoothie

Take all of the health benefits of ACV on the go by blending our Purely into your favorite smoothie recipe. You only need very little about a tablespoon. Our fresh fruit infusions will complement a variety of smoothie flavors.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Begin your day with 1oz Ginger Pear + 4oz warm water. Purely has a natural diuretic effect, which can aid with morning fluid retention and blood sugar stabilization, which can be wobbly after a night of drinking.
