Shipping and Return Policy
Purely ships nationwide in the U.S. We produce and ship weekly. We strive to fulfill your order within 3 business days, then it enters the hands of the carrier company. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
At this time, we are unable to provide international shipping outside of the U.S. (customers are responsible for any additional duties and fees that may incur related to international shipping). We currently do not ship outside of the USA mostly because the cost of shipping is too high. If you are willing to pay for shipping, please contact us and we'll review your request accordingly.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that during COVID times and the Holiday season, both UPS and USPS have been a bit slower than usual.
Damages, Issues, Exchanges & Refunds
Damages & Issues
If the product is broken or damaged during shipment, or if you receive the wrong item, CONTACT US within 48 hours after you received Purely with photos of the damage for proof. We'll do our best to resolve the issue!
Since this is a food and beverage item, we are not able to accept any returns on any products other than those which have been damaged in shipment, are defective or are not the item you ordered.
Unfortunately, we can not accept exchanges at this time during COVID.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days required.
