- 1 oz Purely Beet/Blood Orange Concentrate
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1 oz scotch
Direction:
1. Squeeze half lime
2. Shake
3. Serve over round ice cube

- Half lime squeezed
- 1 oz Purely Strawberry Shiso Concentrate
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 3 oz tequila

- 1 oz Purely Pineapple Thai Chili
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 5 dashes peach bitters
- 2 1/2 oz rye

- Shake
- Serve on the rocks
- Splash soda water
Grape Expectations

Ingredients:
- 3 oz grapefruit vodka
- 1 1/2 oz Purely Concord Grape Apple Concentrate
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 egg white
Direction:
- Shake for 30 seconds
- Scoop out just the foam into a martini glass
- Add ice and shake the rest for 30 seconds
- Use strainer and pour the remainder in glass
