- 1 oz ginger pear Purely
- 1 oz thyme simple syrup (recipe below - optional)
- 3 oz Prosecco
- Thyme for garnish
For Thyme Simple Syrup
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 thyme sprigs
Make syrup: In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and thyme sprigs over medium heat. Stirring, bring to a simmer until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Remove thyme sprigs. Store syrup in a glass jar and refrigerate.
- In cocktail glass, stir together pear shrub and thyme simple syrup.
- Top with Prosecco and garnish with thyme.
