Ginger Pear Shrub Prosecco

  • 1 oz ginger pear Purely
  • 1 oz thyme simple syrup (recipe below - optional)
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • Thyme for garnish

For Thyme Simple Syrup

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 thyme sprigs

Make syrup: In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and thyme sprigs over medium heat. Stirring, bring to a simmer until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Remove thyme sprigs. Store syrup in a glass jar and refrigerate.

  1. In cocktail glass, stir together pear shrub and thyme simple syrup.
  2. Top with Prosecco and garnish with thyme.
