You know when you crave a cocktail but you’re currently not drinking alcohol? This super yummy lemonade hits the spot and can satisfy that craving 100%. I used soda instead of water to make it fizzy and that makes a huge difference in my “this tastes like a cocktail” perception. Adding the drinking vinegar / shrub not only makes it healthy for your gut, it also gives it a special “kick”. I am not a mocktail kind of person, but this one surely changed my mind! Of course you can definitely add an ounce of gin, tequila or rum if you like!
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4-5 large strawberries
- Monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- 3-4 oz @purelydrinks Strawberry Shiso Infusion
- Club soda
Throw 1/2 cup lemon juice in the blender with 4-5 large strawberries. Strain this into a large pitcher, add monk fruit sweetener to taste, 3-4 oz @purelydrinks Strawberry Shiso drinking vinegar, top with club soda and enjoy!
