Drinking Vinegar vs. Kombucha

Drinking Vinegar vs. Kombucha

Whenever we are talking to new customers, we hear questions about the differences between Drinking Vinegar and Kombucha. While both drinks are fermented, they are actually fairly different from each other.

Kombucha is made from fermented tea and is often quite sparkly. It generally has a strong flavor. Kombucha has some great health benefits because it includes Probiotics. However, Kombucha is quite often high in caffeine and includes alcohol from the fermentation process. Also, Kombucha can be high in sugar, depending on the brand.

Drinking Vinegar, especially our Q Soo Tonics and our Purely Concentrate, are free from caffeine and alcohol. Q Soo is light in sugar, depending on the flavor, a serving contains 2 to 6 grams of sugar. Our drinks do not only contain Probiotics but they are also rich in Prebiotics. Purely, our vinegar concentrate, has the same health benefits as our Tonics. The concentrate is great to use in Cocktails, Mocktails, Salad Dressings, and more.

Another important difference between our drinks and Kombucha is the taste. We offer Q Soo Tonics in different fruit flavors that are light and subtle. The tonics pair well with food and are easily digestible. If the mixture isn't right for you, just mix Purely Concentrate with sparkling water until its right for you.
