Summer Wedding Cocktails

Keep your guests cool and refreshed with a top-notch signature cocktail that captures the flavors and feeling of your wedding!

1. Sparkling Summer

Recipe by: Beautiful Booze

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Purely Pineapple Thai Chili
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • Sparkling wine (to top)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard to chill.
  3. Strain into your glass. Top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish and enjoy.

2. Ginger Lime Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz of Purely Ginger Lime
  • 1 oz vodka
  • Top with ginger beer for an extra ginger kick or with soda water
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and you're all set!

Direction:

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Serve up with lime on the side.
  3. Sip sip enjoy!

3. Sassy Pineapple

Ingredients:

  • Chopped jalapeño
  • 10 dashes of cherry bitters
  • 1 oz Purely Pineapple Thai Chili Concentrate
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz lime juice

Muddle

  • 3 oz tequila

Direction:

  1. Shake with ice and serve over big ice.
  2. Sip sip enjoy!

    4. Pineapple Chili Lime Cooler

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Purely Pineapple Thai Chili
    • 2 oz Light Rum
    • 4 oz Seltzer water
    • Chili Flakes
    • 3 Lime Wedges

    Directions:

    1. In a cocktail mixer, add ice, Purely, light rum, squeeze 2 lime wedge and shake!
    2. Pour drink out to a fancy cup, top with seltzer water and Chili flakes and garnish lime wedge. Viola!

    5. Pear and Ginger Sparklers

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Purely Ginger Pear
    • 2 oz of vodka
    • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
    • Prosecco or Champagne
    • Pear slices for garnish

    Direction:

    1. In a shaker, combine all of the ingredients, except champagne. Add ice and shake vigorously.
    2. Pour into fancy cocktail cup. Top with champagne until glass is 3/4s of the way full. Garnish with pear slice.
    3. Serve, sip, and enjoy!
