His studies found that diet plays a role in preventing severe symptoms of Covid.

Researchers have found that eating “the right things and avoiding feeding (the gut) the bad things, that’s what made the difference to getting long Covid.” Fermented foods have proven health benefits, the 4k: kefir, kombucha, kimchi, and kraut.
