Ginger Lime Shrub Gimlet

Recipe inspired by Kristen of Canning & PreservingDrinks & CocktailsFIJ Mastery Challenge

  1. Combine the shrub, gin, and two cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake until frosty.
  2. Pour into a rocks or coupe glass and top with club coda.
  3. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
