Glazed & Spiced Plums - The Perfect Thanksgiving Dessert
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter or olive oil
- 2 3/4 cups plums, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp Purely Chai Spice Pear
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Optional: Yogurt, oatmeal/granola
- In a large skillet, melt butter and add Plums.
- Add Purely Chai Spice Pear Infusion, vanilla extract, and honey. Simmer until liquid is dissolved.
- While the plums are roasting and the honey/maple syrup caramelizes, sprinkle ground nutmeg and add a pinch of salt. Adjust flavor as needed.
