Tips For A Fit Summer Body

Summer is a time for fun and sun… You can have fun as well as take care of yourself this summer. Here are seven tips for building and maintaining a fit summer body.

1. Morning Detox

Start your morning right by cleansing & detoxing your body both internally and externally. This will give you a good dose of enzyme too!

Detox Recipe:

2. Hydration is Key

Drinking adequate amounts of water, particularly before meals, may give you a boost in managing appetite and maintaining a healthy body weight, especially when combined with a healthy eating plan too! 

Multiply your weight by 2/3 (or 67%) to determine how much water to drink daily. For example, if you weighed 175 pounds you would multiply that by 2/3 and learn you should be drinking about 117 ounces of water every day.

3. Eat and Drink Right
